Returns & Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
    We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Non-returnable Items
    The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

    • Custom or personalized wedding items
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Digital downloads or electronic products
  3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
    To start a return or exchange, please contact us at admin@holami.xyz with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Photos of the product if damaged or defective

    Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  4. Return Shipping Costs
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  5. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
  6. Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and once the return is approved, we will assist you in placing a new order. The exchange will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@holami.xyz with a description of the issue and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please email us at admin@holami.xyz as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
